7. Service Terms

Service Description

Hellvcase provides packaging design services, including but not limited to custom packaging design, sustainable packaging solutions, structural design, packaging production management, and brand strategy consulting ("Services"). The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for the Services will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

Project Process

Our standard project process includes discovery, strategy, creative development, refinement, and implementation phases. The specific details of each phase will be outlined in your project proposal.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required to commence work
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and prior to the delivery of final files
• Additional services requested beyond the original scope will be billed separately
• Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month

Revisions and Changes

Your project includes a specific number of revision rounds as detailed in your proposal. Additional revisions or changes to the approved project scope may result in additional charges. Major changes to the project scope after work has commenced may require a new proposal and additional fees.

Project Cancellation

If you choose to cancel a project after work has commenced, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the cancellation date, plus any non-refundable expenses incurred. The initial deposit is non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
